If you are starting to organise your wedding and do not know where to start, or you are in the middle of planning and need some advice or assistance, please contact us first to see how we can help you.

We are here to take the stress out of your wedding preparations and plans, we will work with all your suppliers to negotiate cost savings, which we pass directly onto you, as well as making sure that your special day is as you have dreamed.  

We can co-ordinate all, or simply part of your arrangements, from the initial planning stage to several months beforehand, even to overseeing on the day.

Highlighted below is the assistance we can provide but as each wedding is different, our level of involvement will be determined following an initial consultation where we will discuss any ideas/wishes you have for your wedding.

Full Wedding Planning

Ideal for couples who need help or do not have the time available to plan their own wedding. Following an initial consultation with you, we will work and communicate with you throughout the planning, design and co-ordination of your special day. 

This covers everything including :-

  • budget planning and financial management,
  • producing itineraries, plans and checklists,
  • sourcing, booking and co-ordinating the venues for the ceremony and reception,
  • booking of the registrar,
  • planning the theme and style,
  • organising and mailing the invitations,
  • sourcing and co-ordinating suppliers - florist, cars, cake, photographer/videographer, entertainment, hair/makeup, etc,
  • organising and negotiating contracts
  • co-ordinating the wedding attire and any accessories

Partial Wedding Planning

Ideal if you would like to be more involved in the planning of your special day but would like a planner co-ordinating and liasing on your behalf.  This allows you to relax and not worry about any details of the wedding.

We will meet up with you to go through your plans and discuss any items or areas you would like us to assist with. We will ensure there are no issues with any of your suppliers and continue to co-ordinate your wedding arrangements up until your day. We will produce a detailed plan for your wedding day which will also be provided to all suppliers.

We will keep you updated by further consultation meetings and on an ongoing basis via email or telephone. .

Wedding Day Attendance

To ensure your day runs smoothly and that you are able to relax and enjoy your special time, we can be in attendance for the whole day managing and co-ordinating your suppliers. This will allow us to prevent problems from arising and to ensure any problems that do are dealt with immediately and effectively, causing you no stress. We can assist with anything you require on the day or day before, from ensuring your tables are decorated correctly, the band arrive on time and set up in the right place through to your flowers being delivered on time.

Sourcing venues

Following an initial consultation with you to discuss your ideas for your big day, including any theme(s), the location and the budget, we will put together a detailed shortlist of suitable venues in your chosen area. We will then arrange viewings for you to make your own choice, accompanying you if necessary.

Sourcing suppliers

Following an initial consultation with you to go through your ideas and what assistance you require. We will then put together a shortlist of suitable suppliers for you to chose from. After you have chosen the supplier, we will continue to ensure you receive the required standard of service up to your wedding day.

RSVP/Invitation Management

We can assist you in the whole invitation process, from the selection and wording of your invitations, sending them out to your guests, to monitoring the replies. After receiving the replies, we can then finalise the guest list and numbers and also be a point of contact for your guests allowing you to relax prior to your big day.
